This opportunity is geared towards individuals interested in non-profit organizations and social services. The candidate will have exposure to management of a nationally recognized non-profit organization. This organization encourages education and personal growth of all paid and unpaid staff.
Engage in telephone reception with our clients in the Northern California region.
Communicate with local business and service organizations. Disseminate program information accordingly.
Provide administrative and clerical support to Network of Strength staff and program volunteers.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
Knowledge of Windows XP operating system.
Previous experience in customer service.
Previous experience in social service filed.
AA/BA in psychology, sociology, health, or related fields desired.
This position requires a commitment of 2-6 hours per week.
