Pink Yoga
Pink Yoga is a class that addresses the needs of women at any stage of breast cancer, from currently in chemo to twenty years in remission! The class increases energy level, heals and strengthens muscle tissue, improves breathing and settles the mind. It also encourages lymphatic drainage and settles the nervous system.
